Water Baptism

Water Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. The symbolism mentioned in Romans 6, is that of being buried with Christ as we go under the water. We identify with His death. Then, as we come out of the water, we identify with His resurrection. If we died with Christ, we know that we will live with Christ and therefore, we make the choice to live for Christ. Many, after going through baptism’s waters enter into a closer, more intimate relationship with Jesus.
